Granddaughter of the late Alfred D. Lilly Sr. and Dorothy (Holsinger) Spencer. Great-granddaughter of Luther and Vesta Holsinger of Portsmouth, Ohio and a cousin to many.

Angie was a long-time resident of Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities, where she was surrounded by compassionate support and loving care. Her life was enriched by the dedication of the many caregivers who walked beside her with kindness and patience. She was deeply connected to the Hattie Larlham community, and her presence there became a meaningful part of the lives of both staff and friends.

Angie was known for her big brown eyes and her infectious smile, both of which could brighten any room. Her happy nature left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She especially enjoyed playing with balls of all sizes, participating in activities in Achieve Class, and going on field trips. These simple joys brought her happiness and gave her opportunities to share in the world around her. Angie also loved being the center of attention, and she often delighted in the smiles and laughter of those who gathered around her. Her enthusiasm for life was evident in the way she embraced each day with joy and openness.

Angie was always happy, and in that happiness she taught others about the important things in life. She reminded those around her of the value of kindness, patience & love. Her life was a beautiful example of how much one person can give simply by being themselves. She touched hearts in quiet but powerful ways, and her legacy will continue through the memories of those who loved her.

Her extended family includes her lifelong friends and the special caregivers who became like angels to her at Hattie Larlham. Their devotion and love were an important part of her life, and they will forever hold her close in their hearts. The bond they shared was one of deep care and mutual affection, and it brought comfort and joy throughout her years.
