Debra Kay Murphy

Age 60 of Minford, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 29, 2016 at her home Born February 13, 1956 in Verona, Ohio to the late Willard and Helen (Jordan) Dockery, Debra was a member of North Moreland Baptist Church in New Boston She enjoyed trips to Hobby Lobby, canning, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; three sons, Michael Shane (Crystal) of New Boston, Joshua Steven (Ashley) of West Portsmouth, Matthew Isaac (Annie) of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Randall Dockery (Betty) of Circleville, Gary Dockery (Marion) of Circleville; two sisters, Pam Allen (Joe) of Marysville, Linda Hixson (Rick) of West Liberty; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, David Dockery, and two grandsons, Ian and Austin Murphy.

Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Saturday, September 3, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Paul Hagen officiating Interment will follow in Sunset Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
