Jason Allen Parker of Portsmouth, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 50. Born on February 14, 1975, in Portsmouth, Jason was a kind-hearted individual who was known for his friendly demeanor and warm spirit.
A proud 1994 graduate of Clay High School, Jason carried the values of compassion and generosity throughout his life. He had a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a comforting word to those in need. His joyful personality made him cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jason found immense joy in traveling and camping, often sharing these adventures with friends and family. He embraced the beauty of nature and cherished the moments spent outdoors, creating lasting memories with those he loved.
He is survived by his father, Richard Parker of Portsmouth, and his two brothers, Jon Parker and Jeff Parker, both of Portsmouth. Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Debra (Bentley) Parker, whose love and guidance shaped the man he became.
As we reflect on the life of Jason Allen Parker, let us remember and appreciate the kindness and joy he brought into our lives. His legacy of friendship and love will continue to live on in our hearts.
A funeral service will be held on June 3, 2025, at SWICK BENTLEY FUNERAL HOME in New Boston, starting at 2:00 P.M. Friends and family may call from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday before the funeral. Family, Interment will follow at Rosemount Cemetery.
