Age 61 of New Boston, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019. He was born May 24, 1958 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Harold and Patricia (Price) Devlin. Jeffrey was a 1977 graduate of Notre Dame High School, was a painter, and a Army Veteran. He attended Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, liked to read, play music, was funny and loved by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by a brother, Timothy Devlin of New Boston, and a sister Vicki Moore of Portsmouth.
Private services are being handled by D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
