John D. Stiltner, 60 of West Portsmouth died Wednesday April 15, 2015 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was a son of the late Vernon and Mildred Burt Stiltner.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday April 30, 2015 at 7th Street Christian Baptist Church. Arrangements are being handled by D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. Online condolences may be sent to www.dwswickfuneralhome.com.
