Kenneth E. Rowe, aged 84, of Hillsboro, Ohio, and formerly a cherished resident of Lucasville, peacefully departed this world to be with his heavenly Father on October 28, 2025. Born on August 30, 1941, in Dayton, Ohio, he was the beloved son of Chester and Mildred Rowe.

Ken was a devoted member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Hillsboro, where he found community and connection. He leaves behind a legacy of love as he is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Barbara, along with his two sons, Anthony Rowe of Portsmouth and Gary (Shirley) Rowe of Greenfield; two daughters, Tanya Murphy (Steve) of Washington Courthouse and Cheryl (Mike) Waits of Nicholasville, Kentucky. In addition, his memory will be cherished by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy.

He was preceded in death by his Aunt Lola Sension- his Momma, who lovingly raised him from the tender age of 16 months, as well as his daughter Karen Howland and brother Delbert Wells.

Ken dedicated many years to the tire industry at Padron Tires, followed by a fulfilling career in construction with Mullins Construction, where he found camaraderie among his bosses and coworkers. Throughout his life, his adventurous spirit was evident in his love for travel, camping, archery, and riding his motorcycle with Barbara by his side. A proud paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Ken served his country with honor and dedication.
