Mark S. Bailey, 54, of Wheelersburg, died Tues., July 6, 2010 at his residence after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Jayne Brigner Bailey as well as other family and relatives. Cremation arrangements are being handled by D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. There will be no visitation.Online condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.
