Age 65 of Portsmouth, passed away Monday May 16, 2016 at her residence. She was born March 22, 1951 in Scioto County a daughter of the late Boone and India Smith Blair. Martha was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Angel (Billy) Kerns of Portsmouth; three grandchildren, Haley, Izabella, and Joshua Kerns; a brother, Joe Blair of Beaver; four sisters, Mary (Jim) Hatfield of Delaware, Sherry DeBord of Chillicothe, Christine Blair of Lucasville, and Cindy (Steve) Keller of Lucasville; a special friend, Ronnie; and her loving dog, Zoey. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Benny Blair, and a sister, Edna Moore.
There will be no public services at this time. Cremation services are being handled by D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
