Myrtle G. (Brown) Early

Age 95 of Portsmouth passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Crystal Care in Portsmouth She was born May 11, 1922 in Old Town, KY to Thomas and Margaret (Lemaster) Brown Myrtle retired from Williams Shoe Company after many years of service. She enjoyed gardening, raised beautiful flowers, and was a faithful member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She is survived by daughter, Patricia (Roy) Imes; brother, Kenneth Brown; daughter-in-law, Kathy Drummer Early; grandchildren, Jennifer Imes, Holly Imes Stark, Jeffery D. Early; six great-grandchildren In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Early; son, John D. Early; granddaughter, Kelly Early; sisters, Lorene, Leona, Arizona, Oma, Roberta, Dexter, and Maxine; brothers, Frank, Jesse, Albert, Leslie, and Theodore.
