Myrtle Faulkner

Myrtle J. Faulkner, 68, of Chillicothe died Mon., March 22, 2010 at Adena Medical Center. She was born Dec. 15, 1941 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Gilbert and Irene Elliott Allen. Myrtle is survived by two sons, Dwayne E. Faulkner of Catskill, NY and Gary D. Faulkner of Hamburg, NY; longtime companion, Gilbert Klahn of Chillicothe; one brother, Willard F. Allen of Portsmouth; four sisters, Ruby Booker of Tampa, Fla., Lucy Kania of Detroit, MI., Margaret Marion of Portsmouth and Emma Daniels of New Boston; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was also preceded in death by a brother, George Allen; six sisters, Thelma Horton, Mollie McNelly, Betty Lockert, Gladys Allen, Brenda Allen and Sally Wilburn. Services will be 5 PM Sat., March 27, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Rev. James Patrick officiating. Visitation will be Sat. 3 to 5 PM.
