Patricia Ann Rose, 75, of Vanceburg, KY passed away Monday July 27, 2026 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. She was born, July 14, 1951 to the late Lemon and Elva (Gray) Collins in Richmond, Indiana. Patricia loved her family especially her grandchildren. In her down time she loved watching westerns, especially those with John Wayne in them, Perry Mason and In the Heat of the Night. She dearly loved her animals through the years and fought Polio all of her life.

Patricia is survived by one daughter, Maggie Coburn and husband William of Garrison, KY; a brother, Jesse Collins and wife Mary Ann of Fort Wayne, IN; a sister, Paula Collins of Fort Wayne, IN; four grandchildren, Charles Whisman and wife Ashley, Sean Whisman and wife Jessica, Kimberly Whisman and Brandon Ward; she also had seven great grandchildren.
