Patricia (Royal) Shaw, 66 of Portsmouth passed away Friday, October 30, 2026 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born in Camp Lejeune, NC on July 28, 1960 to Judy Ann (Craft) Jenkins and the late William R. Royal. Patricia loved listening to music.

In addition to her mother, Patricia is survived by a son, Justin Utt of Kansas; a daughter, Jaclyn Shaw of Portsmouth, a brother, Bob Royal and wife Wanda of Tennessee; a sister, Donna Lilly of Portsmouth; and a grandson, John Marion Shaw of Minford. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother, Bud Royal.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. (NOON) Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at SWICK BENTLEY FUENRAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Brad Angus officiating. Interment will follow at Haverhill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday one hour prior to the services.
