Rebecca Kay Justice, 71, of New Boston passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026 at SOMC in Portsmouth. Becky was born August 11, 1954 in Portsmouth to the late Harvey and Kathryn (Thompson) Snyder. Becky loved her children and grandchildren, she loved going to their sporting events to cheer them on. She enjoyed classic cars, camping and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. Becky loved people and would help anyone. She sacrificed her whole life taking care of others.

Becky is survived by three sons, Paul Grant of Portsmouth, Greg Grant of Wheelersburg, and Todd (Dee) Grant of New Boston; a brother, Kenny (Yolanda) Snyder of Eagle Pass Texas; two sisters, Sharon Copas of Troy, Ohio and Peggy (Ray) Dunaway of Rubyville; fourteen grandchildren, Sara (whom she raised as a daughter), Tyler, Annie, Molly, Travis, Dylan, Austin, Abby, Lindsay, Ryley, Brooke, Blake, Kenzie, and Coby; sixteen great grandchildren, Blakely, Colt, Charlotte, Payton, Carson, Kennedy, Ma’Kara, Za’Kiwah, Zi’el, Jaxson, Oliver, Gwendolyn, Isla, Tucker, Teagan, and Tanner; several nieces, nephews, and cousins she loved dearly; and a special friend, Sadie Adkins.

In addition to her parents Becky was preceded in death by two husbands, Paul Grant and David Justice; a son, Tony Grant, three brothers, Harvey “Jack” Snyder, Larry Snyder, and Joner “Ray” Snyder; and two sisters, Shirley Blanton and Betty Young.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 4, 2026 at SWICK BENTLEY FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Bryan Snyder officiating.  Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
