Richard Kamer

Richard Kamer, 77, of Regrish Addition died Thursday Oct. 18, 2012 at home after a brief illness. He was born November 15, 1934 in Scioto Co., a son of the late Alvie and Della Kamer. He was a brick layer helper at the former Detroit Steel Corp. and attended Bonser Run Christian Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Timothy Kamer and wife Diana of Regrish Addition; a granddaughter, Christy Lynn Kamer and great-grandson, Gage Howard. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sally Dodds Kamer in 2001; a son, Richard Kamer and a sister, Margaret Marie Hanna. Services will be 2:00 PM Monday Oct. 22, 2012 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday 12 to 2 PM at D.W. SWICK in New Boston. Condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com
