Age 61, passed away on June 25, 2015 at SOMC in Portsmouth. He was born in Portsmouth on February 8, 1954 to George and Marian (Dinguess) Neff.
He is survived by sons, Bobby Neff and B.R. Myers; daughters, Angel Payne, Crystal Rivera, Robin Parsley; brother George (Eddie) Neff; sister Carolynn Lunsford; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Frank Neff; sisters Dorothy Gaines and Betty Collier.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
